By using the Verbi application ("App"), you agree to the following terms of service. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Service Description

Verbi is an iOS application that provides voice recording, transcription, and AI-powered summary generation services. The App includes the following features:

• Voice recording
• Automatic transcription (speech-to-text)
• AI-powered summary generation
• Cross-device synchronization via iCloud
• Recording history management

2. Account and Subscription

2.1 Free Tier

• 10 minutes daily recording limit
• 15-day recording history
• Basic transcription features

2.2 Premium Subscription

• Unlimited recording duration
• Unlimited recording history
• Automatic AI summary generation
• iCloud synchronization
• Priority support

2.3 Payment and Renewal

• Subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store
• Payment is charged to your iTunes account upon purchase confirmation
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal charges are applied to your account within 24 hours before the current period ends
• You can manage subscriptions via iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

2.4 Cancellation and Refund

• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period
• Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Legal Use

By using the App, you agree to:

• Comply with all local laws and regulations
• Not make secret recordings without consent of others
• Not violate copyright, privacy, or other legal rights
• Not use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Important Notice: In many countries and regions, recording others without their consent is illegal. Check your local laws and obtain necessary permissions before recording.

3.2 Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from the App
• Circumventing or disabling security features of the App
• Using the App to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Gaining unauthorized access to others' accounts
• Accessing the service using automated systems or bots

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• The App and all its content (design, code, logo, text) are protected by copyright
• Audio recordings and transcripts you create belong to you
• Verbi reserves all rights to the application
• You may not copy, distribute, or modify app content without permission

5. Service Warranties and Disclaimer

5.1 Service Provided "As Is"

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available"
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of transcriptions and AI summaries
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services (iCloud, OpenAI)

5.2 Limitation of Liability

• Verbi is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App
• We cannot be held responsible for data loss, business loss, or lost profits
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months

6. Data Backup

Important: You are advised to regularly backup your audio recordings. The iCloud sync feature is not a backup service. We accept no responsibility for data loss.

7. Service Changes and Termination

7.1 Service Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify the App without prior notice
• We have the right to add, remove, or modify features
• We have the right to change pricing (existing subscribers are not affected)

7.2 Account Termination

• You can terminate your account at any time by deleting the app
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms
• Upon account termination, your access to premium features ends immediately

8. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you also accept our Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these terms are subject to the laws of your jurisdiction
• You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through friendly negotiation
• If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through applicable legal channels

10. General Provisions

• If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right
• These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Verbi

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When significant changes are made:

• An in-app notification will be sent
• The "Last Updated" date will be changed
• Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms
